Exchange Policy
We want you to love your candle and we understand that choosing scents online can be difficult. If you need to exchange a candle, eligible items fall within these guidelines:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of your original purchase date.
The product must be unused (unlit) and in its original condition.
Exchanges are only applicable for candles of the same size and price.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange orders.
We always recommend purchasing a sample pack or tester card to ensure you like the fragrance of your candle.
We do a quality check for each product before shipping, but we have limited control over how carriers may handle it once it leaves our facility.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully within 7 days.
If any significant damage occurred during transit, please email us at hello@konacandleco.com with your order number and images of the damages.
We understand mistakes (and typos) happen. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information at checkout, as we have limited ability to make changes once an order is placed. If you need express shipping or have any concerns, email us at hello@konacandleco.com.
If you believe your package is lost, please allow 5 business days before contacting us or the carrier for a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Once a candle is purchased, it is considered final. We appreciate your understanding.
